undp.kosovo 🇪🇺 EU and UNDP support for Kosovo’s socio-economic development aims to create opportunities for all and leave no one behind. EU in Kosovo Head of Cooperation Hubert Perr and UNDP Resident Representative Nuno Queirós brought this message to high school students in Gračanica/Graçanicë and Prishtinë/Priština, discussing poverty beyond income, inequalities and young people’s ideas on how to #EndPoverty. As Kosovo’s strongest and most reliable partner and largest provider of financial assistance, the EU invests in education and skills, supports businesses and employment, and promotes social inclusion. Working with partners such as UNDP, the EU helps more people benefit from economic growth. UNDP works to address poverty in all its forms, reduce inequalities and empower young people to help build a more inclusive and equitable future. Young people’s perspectives matter in shaping policies that respond to their needs and build a fairer future. The visits were part of “Youth Redraw the Line”, a joint initiative by undp.kosovo and euinkosovo to mark the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. #PovertyWeek #YouthRedrawTheLine #EUbyYourSide
